Return & Cancellation

RETURN:
Ushma Creations offers a 7-days Return policy to our customers. Please ensure you take an unboxing video of the package during open it.
Disclaimer:
The date of delivery is provisional as it is shipped through third party courier partners.
Note: In the case of Monetary Refund, we will be deducting a small amount depending on your order value, against the reverse logistics charges & will refund you the balance amount.

CANCELLATION:

Ushma Creations reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

In an event wherein the customer wishes to cancel his/her order prior to or post order confirmation, he/she should either call us at 09582461832 or email us at info@ushmacreatoins.com stating the ORDER No. and the reason for cancellation. This cancellation has to be done prior to order dispatch.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped out.
